Address and Name Changes If you need to update your personal information please stop into our office, or any motor license issuer, to request the change. Address changes are completed free of charge. In the event that you need your name changed, you must provide the motor license issuer with supporting documents (i.e., marriage certificate, birth certificate, etc.). The name change will require a new photo identification to be processed at a charge of $10.00. Be prepared to surrender your old photo identification.
